Ivano Dal Prete has received the 2022 Helen & Howard Marraro Prize in Italian History of the American Catholic Historical Association for his book: On the Edge of Eternity. The Antiquity of the Earth in Medieval and Early Modern Europe (Oxford University Press, 2022). The Marraro Prize is given annually to the author of a book that is judged to be the most distinguished work dealing with Italian history or Italo-American history or relations published in a preceding twelve-month period.
