Where We Are

Route 15 (Wilbur Cross/Merritt Parkways)
From the north: Take Exit 61. Drive south on Whitney Avenue for approximately five miles, where Whitney Avenue turns into Temple Street. Continue one block on Temple Street to the traffic light and turn right onto Grove Street. Continue onto Tower Parkway. Bear right and turn left onto Elm Street. Turn left onto York Street.

From the south: Take Exit 57. Drive east on Route 34 (Derby Avenue) for approximately five miles past the Yale Athletic Fields. Turn left onto Route 10 North, Ella T. Grasso Boulevard. Proceed to the fifth traffic light and turn right onto Whalley Avenue. Whalley becomes Broadway in 1 mile, and Broadway becomes Elm Street in another 0.2 miles. Turn left on York Street.

Route 34
From the west: Follow directions from Route 34 above.

Interstate 95
From the north: Connect to I-91 North in New Haven; take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street) and follow directions below for I-91. From the south: Connect to I-91 North in New Haven (left exit); take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street) and follow directions below for I-91.

From the south: take Exit 47 (MLK Blvd/Downtown New Haven). Continue on Oak Street Connector. Take N Frontage Rd/MLK Blvd to York Street.

Interstate 91
From the north or south: Take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street). Stay in the middle lane and continue straight onto Trumbull Street to the third traffic light. Turn left onto Temple Street and continue for one block to the traffic light. Turn right onto Grove Street. Continue onto Tower Parkway. Bear right and turn left onto Elm Street. Turn left onto York Street

Parking

Street parking
There is street parking available on most streets, including York, Grove, College, and Elm. Meters charge $1.50/hour with a two hour limit until 7PM and accept nickels, dimes and quarters and the Parcxmart Card. The card can be purchased at many New Haven stores and restaurants.
